The fabulous cottage sits three houses from the beach on a quiet North End Street and provides a great place for families to kick back, relax, and enjoy the vacation. After enjoying two expansive living spaces (sunroom and family room), each with a large TV, comfortable chairs, and sofas, your family will love coming together for meals at the sunporch table that seats 12. Need more room? The dining room offers a second seating area, accommodating an additional 8, plus a large buffet and small bar. The second floor has three bedrooms: a lovely Master with a king bed, large television, and en-suite bathroom; one bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a full bed, televisions, and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. On the third floor, you'll find two enormous bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower in between plus plenty of space for hanging out! The house sits behind a fenced-in front yard with two double Adirondacks and offers a large backyard with a charcoal grill and table for outdoor dining. To top it off, the cottage boasts an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower perfect for jumping in after a sun-kissed day on the beach! The parking at Webb Tide was quite tricky. It was unclear from the reservation that we could only park two cars against the fence in the back yard and had to leave the other parking spaces open for the owner of the house behind us. Having space for only two cars in a five bedroom house is not optimum. The house was nice. The kitchen was functional and the bedrooms were fine as we spent most time at the beach. It was nice to have the large sunroom and dining room table for eating. Finally, I was disappointed there was not better light in the master bathroom at night.
