Lighten the Load Care Package:
The Lighten the Load Care Package is our standard care package that has services to keep your home in good condition. This is perfect for those who want to have peace of mind about their second home being taken care of. The services this package offers are listed below:
- House visit & check (once a month or before arrival).
- Key services - owners and guests may pick up & drop off keys at our office as well as making additional keys.
- Owner portal app - submit work orders, schedule guests, & see accounting.
- Access to maintenance department - who can fix your “little things”.
- Outside maintenance scheduling
- Access to cleaning services & scheduling
- Designated staff - assigned to your home with years of property management experience.
- Lawn maintenance scheduling
- Bill pay
Total Home Care Package:
The Total Home Care Package goes above and beyond the Lighten the Load package; this package offers all of those services and more! Look below for the full list of services:
