You and your family are going to love this beautiful home! With all new furniture, the home offers two living areas with plenty of seating for your family of eight. When staying at Turtle Cove, you will also have everything you need for a day at the beach, including beach chairs, a beach cart, boogie boards, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off the surf and sand of the beach. Not liking the idea of cooking indoors? Head out and fire up the gas grill to show off your grill-master skills. When you're ready to take in more of what Virginia Beach offers, Turtle Cove is just a short drive to the resort area, where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and live entertainment. Stroll down the three-mile-long boardwalk, fish off the 15th Street pier, or take a picture with the famous King Neptune statue on 31st Street. After a long day of exploring the area, enjoy a cool drink and an ocean breeze from the rooftop deck.

FAMILY GROUPS ONLY AND MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Tenancy is reserved for family groups only, as authorized by Agent s contracts with the property Owners. No gatherings or events are permitted. No high school, college, civic, or other non-family groups are allowed to lease property without prior approval. Identification must be furnished upon request and Tenant is required to sign lease agreement with Agent which will be emailed upon booking. The occupancy limit, as stated in Agent s advertising, cannot be exceeded. Occupancy count includes children. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all rent and damage deposit paid.

Our group of 6 spent a week at Turtle Cove. It was very comfortable and the location was perfect for walks on the beach and access to the ARE across the street. This was my 2nd time at this property - plan to stay again.

Property was well maintained with great access to beach and state park entrance 3 blocks away. Loved the third floor loft area- perfect for daily yoga sessions! Simple Amenities such as toilet paper and hand soap would have been greatly appreciated. Would visit again.
