Description

Welcome to Shoot The Breeze, a charming, three-level condo-style home located just a
half block from the beach access in Virginia Beach, north of the Boardwalk. The best
part? There are no roads to cross to reach the beach, making it even easier to enjoy the
sand and surf. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat is the ideal spot for your next
family vacation. Plus, with the new Ocean Breeze Waterpark opening in summer 2025
just 6.5 miles away, you will have access to even more exciting coastal fun.
The first floor of the home features three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The second
level is where the main living area awaits, with a deck, fully equipped kitchen (with
seating for 8), and a dining area (seating 8). You will also find an additional bathroom with
a shower and a separate half-bathroom on this level. On the third level, enjoy a private
bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and access to another deck, perfect for watching
beautiful sunsets.
For added convenience, the property includes reserved parking, additional off-street
parking, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, and TVs in every room. There is also an
exterior storage room and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach or
water park.
Shoot The Breeze is the perfect vacation home, offering a great balance of beach
access, relaxation, and family-friendly amenities in a prime location.

The perfect place to stay. Whether it's a couples trip, family gatherings, or a solo self-care vacation. Private entry directly onto the beach. Two patios for enjoyment. And ample sleeping quarters with. All the amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms leave nothing to be desired. I would recommend staying here anytime the opportunity presents itself.

We rented this home for Labor Day week and we loved the location as three houses and we were able to be on the beach in less than 20 seconds. The wifi was great, kitchen had all the essentials and it was spacious with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pricing was reasonable for our large family. We will definitely be back, looking forward to another stay!

This was our 3rd rental at Shoot the Breeze. It's a perfect house for us and we hope it will be available in 2026. We had everything we needed, love the location, and there are always some boogie boards. The only thing that we would love to have is a clothes line in the back by the shower. It would save our taking wet, sandy bathing suits into the house to dry. We dried some on the roof but we still have to bring them through the house. Otherwise, all was perfect and we had a wonderful 2-week stay. Thank you!

We loved the house. So easy to keep clean, great kitchen and living area, and the people on the street very courteous and nice. It was a joy to be there and we want to come back next summer. For improvements, we suggest a look at the wooden walkway to the shower. There is one place where I caught my sandal, by the drain. We'd love a little better clothes line as we were always hanging bathing suits and towels.And the louvered doors by the laundry need to be put back on the track. When we came in the back door we would hit one of the doors and we were afraid of damaging it. All minor things. We had a great two weeks. Thank you!!

Shoot the Breeze is perfect for our entourage (usually 11 people). It’s obvious the owner is a careful landlord. Each year we notice improvements and appreciate them. Our suggestions are usually acted upon.

The house was spacious clean and up to date.We had fun visiting the museum and ship. Next visit we would like to stay at a beach with gentle waves like on the bay if you rent those. Thank you for making our vacation a great one!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S. the restaurants were great too!!!!!!!!!!

Second time visiting. Location is great for beach access and less crowded than other VA Beach areas. Quieter atmosphere compared to middle of beach strip locations. Money well spent.

Shoot the breeze feels like a home away from home! I wanted a place where I could get away from the city and enjoy the sun; this home allowed me to do both. The fast internet allowed me to still work during the day and the beach is close enough that I could walk there during my lunch break. The renovated kitchen made cooking meals seamless and the grill on the deck was a bonus. I can't wait to come back!
