Tucked away in Virginia Beach’s beloved North End, Sea Home is the kind of beach house that makes you feel like you’ve truly escaped. Just a few houses from the sand, this colorful cottage is tucked into a wonderfully private setting—quiet, peaceful, and worlds away from the bustle of the Resort District, yet close enough to enjoy it whenever the mood strikes.

Inside, there’s room for everyone to spread out, with a spacious living room, multiple sitting areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to gather for meals, games, or a lazy afternoon indoors. With four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, Sea Home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

But the real magic happens outside. The home’s private setting creates a little oasis of its own, with a backyard made for lingering and an outdoor shower that makes coming home from the beach a breeze. Grab your coffee, settle in, and let the day unfold at its own pace.

And then there’s the beach. A beautiful walkway leads you toward the ocean, putting the sand and surf just a short walk away. Spend the morning by the water, come home for lunch in the shade, and end the day with a backyard gathering under the coastal breeze.

When you want a little more action, the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, restaurants, entertainment, and attractions of the Resort District are just a short drive away. But at Sea Home, you get to come home to something quieter.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Home. The location is amazing. 2 houses from oceanfront with a beautiful boardwalk to the beach. Many sitting areas in the house. There was a large table for games in addition to a large table for eating, so I didn't have to shoo people out of my way in order to put dinner on the table. Lots of showers so there were no sandy teenagers arguing over who goes first when they returned from the beach.

This is our second year in this rental property. We had a great week. The accommodations were fantastic. The walk to the beach was close especially with small children.

Home is spacious and convenient - 4 minute walk til you're at the ocean edge! Home needs some repairs and cable only works on one tv in the whole house. Wifi signal is strong, which is very helpful with so many people! Very natural setting and beautiful boardwalk garden leads to the beach area. We visited many local restaurants and the aquarium and everything was wonderful. Would definitely visit again!
