Family Fun is a four bedroom, 3.5 bath home located in the Croatan neighborhood of Virginia Beach. Just a mile south of the resort area, the home offers quick and easy access to a less populated, local's favorite beach. Family Fun offers two separate apartments, both with their own kitchens, laundry facilities, bedrooms, and bathrooms. This gives your family a level of privacy and flexibility rarely found in other Virginia Beach rental properties. The ground floor apartment sleeps 4, offers a kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and patio. It's perfect for grandparents or for multiple families needing privacy. Located on the second floor are the other three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a second laundry room, and a deck. On the third floor you'll find three more decks, a second kitchen, half bath, and a spacious living room, perfect for family gatherings and relaxing after a day at the beach. When you're ready to see more of Virginia Beach head north to the resort area where you'll find plenty of restaurants, shopping, and live entertainment. South, you'll find the Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center as well as Ocean Breeze Water Park and Motor World. No matter which direction you go, you'll find something for everyone!

Great House & Great Service

We rented this house through VRBO and still got white glove treatment from Atkinson. Next time, we'll rent directly through them. Speaking of next time, we'll definitely be back! The house is in a great location, met our family's unique needs handily, and contributed to a fabulous week spent together. I highly recommend the home. The only changes I would suggest are the addition of more and better pillows for the beds, and the addition of beach equipment and a beach buggy of some sort.
