Description

This home is the ideal location for your smaller family and puts you close to great food, shopping, entertainment, and the famous King Neptune Statue. The home now has 32 inch flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and a 42 inch TV in the living room. The kitchen has been remodeled with new granite counter tops, new back splash, and a new tile floor. In addition to the kitchen remodel, both bathrooms on the first floor have been totally renovated and the carpet has been removed from the house, making it an allergy friendly home. There is also a private fenced yard, deck with furniture, charcoal grill, internet access.

Place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! Our home away from home, it’s been 3yrs since last visit. LOVE the upgrades throughout house and linens provided. It's spacious with a lot of amenities place is fantastic for a restful and quiet getaway. Great neighborhood, fantastic neighbors. Location makes it easy to get to endless places - groceries, dining, just park your vehicles and walk. So many memories and many more “THE BOUY” this place is truly special to us! Wonderful stay will be back next year!

Very comfortable entire home three blocks walking distance from beach. Everything well equipped (did a lot of cooking, everything needed was provided). Lots of space, nice backyard and deck for grilling, perfect privacy. Check In / Out was all straightforward and simple. Highly recommend the place and experience.

Lots of space and room for a people to gather. Convenient walking distance to the beach and other amenities like groceries, shopping, bars and restaurants. Could use some upgrades including main level queen mattress and kitchen items. Overall it was a very nice property in quiet neighborhood.

Nice home walkable to many attractions

Our family of 4 spent a week at this house and enjoyed it. It’s 2 1/2 blocks to the beach and walkable to mini golf, arcade and eateries. The house had a few issues (rusty grill, broken deck umbrella, toilet that a plumber had to actually replace during our stay), but overall, a nice place to stay. Well stocked kitchen, new mattress’s, newer TV’s. Amber at Atkinson was very helpful when we could find the AC panel! They should make the trash days more apparent in the packet they provide.
