I loved the house and the double refrigerator was a super luxury. The sun deck has a terrific view of the ocean and there was always a breeze up there. The neighbors were all very friendly and the beach is beautiful. Can’t say enough great things about my stay there. I’m already counting the months until next summer because I want to become a regular summer renter. And by the way Amber Parker was beyond great to work with. She was always friendly and took care of the few issues we had very quickly. Thanks Amber!!

I’m already counting the months until next summer because I want to become a regular summer renter. And by the way Amber Parker was beyond great to work with. We have been renting this beautiful property for a few years now. It feels like our home away from home. The areas are spacious and the kitchen is beautifully equipped. It has an amazing rooftop with beautiful views of the ocean. We can´t wait to be back next year!

This was an excellent property! It lists as four bedrooms but it is actually five, including the bunk room. Lots of room for the family to spread out an have space. The view from the rooftop deck is outstanding!

Loved this house. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were large enough to accommodate suitcases as well as portacribs.Really loved the kitchen and dining area with the large dining table. Kudos to the cleaning company for providing an extremely clean rental house.So sad it was not available to re-rent again next year. We have always been able to rebook for the same week the next year with other rental companies, so disappointed.

Our stay at Above the Sea in Virginia Beach was amazing! the property was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. I loved the roof top and the very short walk to the beach. As always, the staff at Atkinsons is great, helpful and pleasant. We are planning to stay again two weeks at the same property next summer.
