Above The Sea is a North End cottage located 3 houses from the beach and is perfect for those larger families or two families. Featuring four bedrooms, a bonus 4-bunk room, and 4.5 baths, this beautiful home has hardwood floors throughout and everything you need for the perfect family getaway. On the first floor, you'll find the large living room, a well stocked, spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a six top gas range with a hood and a double oven and dining area that seats 12! The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, a flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom. It sits down the hall from another king bedroom and twin bedroom that share a bathroom. The junior master suite has an ensuite bathroom. The 4-bunk room is perched on the third floor with its own bathroom across the hall. When you're ready for some rest and relaxation, take advantage of the large roof deck with beautiful ocean views, the large, fenced backyard with patio, or the screened in front porch. Above the Sea is a gorgeous property, perfectly located between everything the resort area has to offer, First Landing State Park, and the Chesapeake Bay. Our stay at Above the Sea in Virginia Beach was amazing! the property was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. I loved the roof top and the very short walk to the beach. As always, the staff at Atkinsons is great, helpful and pleasant. We are planning to stay again two weeks at the same property next summer.

Gorgeous weather and our wonderful cottage made for a terrific week. The North end of Virginia Beach has it all: no crowds, wide beach, little traffic.

I loved the house and the double refrigerator was a super luxury. The sun deck has a terrific view of the ocean and there was always a breeze up there. The neighbors were all very friendly and the beach is beautiful. Can’t say enough great things about my stay there. I’m already counting the months until next summer because I want to become a regular summer renter. And by the way Amber Parker was beyond great to work with. She was always friendly and took care of the few issues we had very quickly. Thanks Amber!!
